"Power" is for hurting people..

For anything worthy - Love is enough..

Powerful people have the power to hurt people but this power, however powerful, pales to the power of love.

Being fired can ruin a persons life, but that doesn't really serve the employer.  It would be far more powerful for an employer to recognize a genuine asset in a person that is genuine asset to the company.

It is as Gandhi said, in that power is of two kinds.  One obtained by the fear of punishment and the other by love.

The power obtained by acts of love , are a thousand times more effective and permanent than the ones derived from fear.
